Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we make returns easy.
Eligible Items
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging with all tags and seals intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetics, fragrances, and skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective or you received the wrong item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@pommebydarine.com with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund — no return needed.
